Who are we?
Venetia Carpenter & Associates are experienced Chartered Governance Professionals/Chartered Company Secretaries providing independent company law, company secretarial, corporate governance, and related, services for over thirty years, as well as providing Head of Legal and Head of HR services for some companies.
We work for all types and sizes of companies and in many different areas of business.

Professional and business qualifications
We are qualified Chartered Governance Professionals/Chartered Company Secretaries, being Associate or Fellow Members of the Chartered Governance Institute (formerly known as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Some of us are also Fellows or Associates of the Association of International Accountants, and some or members of other professional bodies.
For our mediation service, we use only qualified Mediators, including CEDR Accredited Mediators and Mediators Accredited by the Institute of Arbitrators.
All our Associates have professional indemnity insurance.
On-site or off-site
The services we offer can be delivered at your offices or off site. For Company Secretarial and Corporate Governance Services in particular, there are advantages in working at your premises as we can more quickly become familiar with your business environment, as well as becoming part of your team through personal interaction. However, we are also very comfortable to deliver our services remotely.
We can easily communicate via normal business methods and make site visits if and when necessary.
