My name is Harry Thomas and originally from London. I am a soal coach and love what I do. I have many powerful personal stories and experiences to share, and I am always looking to have meaningful conversations with amazing people. I bring lots of positive energy, wisdom, and experience in everything I do
I originated from the health and fitness industry being a Personal Trainer for over 16 years. I ran 2 successful personal training studios in London for 12 years.
Over those years, No1 Fitness was recognized as one of the top Fitness Companies in the UK. We went on to open the academy delivering fitness education, qualifying aspiring personal trainers.
I was at a stage in my life where I knew it was time to move on and I decided at the end of 2020 to walk away from my business after 12 years to continue my passion and that’s coaching.
I am able to work from anywhere around the world and I am currently living in Brazil.
I am now a soul coach working with a wide range of clients around the world.
A goal of minee is to fill The Royal Albert Hall and deliver my experiences and talks globally taking people to that place of bliss collectively
My coaching practice focusses on human behavior and mindset, which allows me to work with a wide range of clients, I have lots of experience coaching people in the following
- Terminal illnesses, Relationships, child development, business (leadership/team building) parenting, inner work, word magic and spiritual growth
