We believe that everyone should have the right to work without fear of discrimination for any reason, including ones personal medical status.
We believe that the government’s approach of mandates, school closings and lockdowns have done little to help the public, but done more harm than good.
The recent move to sack all care workers and NHS staff that are not vaccinated can only result in severe harm to our care sector and many thousands of the most vulnerable being put at further risk.
The government itself predicts the loss of 40,000 to 70,000 care workers because of its “no jab, no job” policy. And in April 2021 a further 100,000 NHS staff will be thrown out of the service with no thought to their families or the society at large.
There has been no thought or provision made for the people forced out of careers that many have dedicated their lives to. No training, no assistance or reemployment opportunities. Just tossed out onto the street after being hailed as heroes for the past two years.
“No jab, no job” policies are a blatant infringement on our fundamental rights to privacy and bodily autonomy. Which is why we decided to create a platform where employers and candidates who believe that a person’s vaccination status is between themselves and their doctor.
As the name suggests, we believe that everyone should be free to work and society can never descend into medical segregation.
